Rentals are possible throughout the whole year.
In summer season only weekly with changeover on Saturday.

The owner accepts only payment in euro (€) and by bank transfer.
INCLUDED?
Prices include the rental of the apartment and normal consumption of electricity, gas and water. Free WiFi.
Everything is provided for four persons : indoor towels (bath-towels, towels, kitchen-towel, but no swimming pool towels) and bed-linen (sheets, pillows, blankets and bedspreads).
During summer season there is no extra charge for heating.
ADDITIONAL COSTS?
Tourism tax :
In Cortona a tourism tax has to be paid. This tax is not included in the above price and will be deducted from the breakage deposit. Currently the tax is € 2 / person / night for a maximum of 4 nights (max. € 8 per person). Children up to 12 years are exempted.
Final cleaning :
The obligatory final cleaning is charged at € 100 (Palazzuolo - for 4 pers.).
Cash payable in euro at your departure.
Heating cost :
The heating cost will be charged as an extra – according to expenditure (except in July and August).
From the beginning of September till the last week of June the numbers of the gas counter will be taken down in order to verify your exact expenditure.
