The estate
Palazzuolo II has lots of character and the restoration has respected the
typical old rustic Tuscan architectural style.
The old farmhouse consists of two buildings :
the casa colonica where the family of the farmer lived
and the old barn where the tobacco leaves once dried.
It is a freestanding estate with a swimming pool and a garden of 5.000 sqm.
The swimming pool is fully fenced and has a south-facing sun terrace.
Each of the five apartments on the estate has its private outdoor dining patio in the garden.
